Description: Students exchange ideas on geothermal energy and its uses. They also exchange information on their countries - Iceland and Hungary - and on their student lives.
Duration: Six months
Aims: Learning about each other, about the two countries, and mainly about the common features relating to the geological setup of Iceland and Hungary. Three words of summary: triple aim of academic, language, and cultural aims.
Expected Outcomes: E-mails documents put on school websites digital video messagee documenmts including presentations (e.g. Powerpoint).
Procedural Plan: Two teams start exchanging info about themselves and their countries they proceed to discover the content areas in focus, i.e the uses of geothermal energy.
