The Square Mile

This is a-three-month long e-Twinning project focusing on students' local environments. Throughout the project students will have the opportunity to research and report on five pre-agreed categories. These are: history, economy, deomgraphy, geography, and politics.

Aims:

1. To better understand the students' own environment in terms of history, economy, demography, geography, and politics within a square mile of their school.
2. To share this information on the e-Twinning platform using the e-Twinning portal.
3. To encourage students to be inquisitive about other partners´ environments.

Expected Results:

1. Raise students´consciousness of their local area.
2. Develop communication network with other European students
3. "European feeling" among other students
